RoHS：禁止在电器和电子设备中使用有害物质的规定
RoHS禁止在电器和电子设备中使用的六种有害物质是∶铅、六价铬、汞、镉、多溴基联苯和多溴基联苯醚
这项规定将在2006年7月起在欧盟全面实施
钟表产品也包括在内。只要含有上述物质的产品将不予以进入欧盟市场。
因此，这不仅是欧盟内部的问题。
MIYOTA已经按照RoHS的各项规定于2005年6月完成了所有手表生产系统的改造
( RoHS对应机芯要在市场库存产品完全消耗以后才能保证提供，但是我们可以根据客户的要求提供符合RoHS条件的机芯）

RoHS
Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment
RoHS forbids the use of six toxic substances, lead, Chromium VI (hexavalent chromium),mercury, cadmium, PBB (polybrominated biphenyl) and PBDE (polybrominated diphenyl ether) in electrical and electronic equipment.
*MIYOTA has completed the adjustment of its watch movements production system
to conform to RoHS as at June 2005.(It depends on the condition of the existing stock
in the market but RoHS goods shall be provided on request)
Miyota is also proactively engaged in environmental protection from the viewpoint of effective utilization of limited resources. This includes repairable metal movements, and longer battery life.
Miyota will continue to create movements that are friendly to human and environment.
